Healthy Healing Hot Chocolate




1 to 3 Tablespoons of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 heaped teaspoon raw organic Cacao Powder
1 teaspoon organic Cinnamon Powder
1 Cup Milk of choice (cow's, soya, almond, etc)
Pinch of salt
Organic Raw Honey to taste (1 t-spn to 1 Tbspn according to your sweet tooth)




1. Gently melt coconut oil in saucepan till liquid
2. Add Dry Ingredients and mix
3. Add Milk
4. Warm to desired temperature
5. Pour into 1 liter container and blend thoroughly with stick blender (this will make it thick & creamy)
6. Pour into cup & add Honey. Stir.
7. Decorate with milk froth and cinnamon and/or raw choc shavings (opt), then....
8. ENJOY!!!! :) 
Yumm, AND good for you too!  drinking hot chocolate.
